During the last 25 years, at Fruit Logistica we have created a platform for the fruit and vegetables trade to come together and discuss the business for the whole year. The goal is to create here the perfect atmosphere, which focuses on products and all that it takes for discussions to take place. That is what Wilfried Wollbold – Global Brand Manager of Fruit Logistica – told Italianfood.net in an interview at Fruit Logistica 2018 in Berlin, where 3,100 exhibitors and 75,000 trade visitors met last week. The leading exhibition for fruit and vegetables is currently targeting Asian markets. This year in May we are launching China Fruit Logistica in Shanghai, the third in line of the ‘Fruit Logistica family’ trade shows – coming after the Asia exhibition in Hong Kong.
