Zingy, apple cider with a slightly spicy but balanced taste, thanks to the ginger powder. Obtained from the direct pressing of the fruit and sparkling by Charmat fermentation with autochthonous MeNaSi yeast, the Melchiori yeast. Excellent as an aperitif, paired with desserts or throughout the meal.
