It is ideal for many tasty and nutritious preparations. As a natural thickener, it gives flavor and softens vegetable preparations such as vegetable burgers, hummus and falafel. Excellent as a thickener for vegetable purées and creams. It can be used as a substitute for wheat flour in the preparation of crepes and batters, and for breadcrumbs for vegetables and other foods.
