Our Parma Coppa PGI is made following the traditional Emilian recipe, with an intense and characteristic aroma, with an excellent ratio between fat and lean meat parts. The sliced meat presented in an exclusive tray as in the dish: a high pre-formed tray, designed to highlight the "slice moved" effect. The slices placed by hand one by one are soft and at the moment of consumption they separate easily.
