A taste of the past in this new range of dry pasta: THE VALUE OF TRADITION. For producing this new product, the durum wheat semolina pasta is extruded at low pressure into the traditional shapes of the regional Italian tradition and then slowly dried on trays at low temperatures…Just like our forebears did here in Puglia!   In order to satisfy even the most demanding consumers, the artisanal pasta is available in five shapes: Orecchiette, Cavatelli, Strascinati, Fusilli Avellinesi and Trofie.
