Our wine vinegar from Morellino di Scansano DOCG mainly contains Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo grapes, coming from distrct of Scansano, Campagnatico and Magliano in Tuscany. Static acetification takes place in the family vinegar cellar, located in the heart of Tuscany, using acetobacteria (Aceto Madre) grown and treated directly from the vinegar factory, left in acetification, refined and aged in oak barrels for several months. This is how our wine vinegars are born.
