One of our specialties, Pancetta with black pepper is made with Italian pork, subjected to manual dry salting with salt and black pepper peel, a traditional peasant recipe. The sliced meat with a delicate and enveloping flavor is presented in a high pre-formed single-serving tray, in which the slices placed by hand one by one are soft and easily separated when consumed.
