Filtered extra virgin olive oil made from olives coming from the Chianti Classico region. The olives are hand harvested following the ancient tradition. The extraction temperature of this olive oil never exceeds 27 °C (80.8 °F), its aromas and flavours are unique. This product is recommended for seasoning, game dishes, grilled meat, fish, soups and vegetables. This product is available in 25 cl, 50 cl, 75 cl bottles. Size and packaging can be customised.
