Salami with truffle is hand tied and is made of a mixture to which a traditional Umbrian product, tuber aestivum, is added making this product tasty and suitable for the most exacting palates. Carefully selected meat contributes to making this truffle salami unique. And it is precisely the addition of tuber aestivum and slow curing which makes the product even finer, ideal for even the most exacting palates. It is entirely knife worked, hand denerved and stuffed into natural gut casing.
