Vegetable spaghetti

Selected as one of  the ten most innovative italian products candidated at Italianfood Award 2016 and born from the experience gained by Fiordelisi in the drying process, this is a new concept in pasta: vegetable spaghetti made of pure courgettes. this is naturally gluten free, doesn't contain any flour, any preservative and any coloring. it just need to be cooked like standard dried pasta or noodles and can be considered as a high source of fibers.
