Your Brand tomato puree (passata) is obtained only from the best tomatoes from the South, suitably passed in a sieve with a very fine texture to avoid the presence of seeds and any trace of peel, and then cooked in a water bath as in the best Italian tradition. The result is a product with a creamy and homogeneous consistency and a naturally sweet flavor that it’s adapt to any recipe that requires limited cooking times such as eggs, white meats and obviously pasta sauces.
