In 1921 the historic mill of Coccolia (in the Italian
province of Ravenna), dating back to 1445,
became the property of the Spadoni family. Over
three generations - first with Livio Spadoni, then
Libero, and today Leonardo - the mill began and
has continued its growth and development.
Molino Spadoni has now become a benchmark company
in the flour market, engaged in detailed expansion
planning that have driven the creation of a Group
whose operations now span numerous segments
of the food sector: frozen and ambient bakery
products, gluten-free pasta and other products,
organic products, Mora Romagnola meat and
